Dinner in the Marquis’Park in Toirano

In Toirano, during the second half of July, the famous Dinner in the Marquis’ Park
Is held.
On this occasion, famous dishes of the Ligurian tradition are prepared: from the trenette to the “mandilli de saea” seasoned with pesto sauce, fish ravioli with courgette sauce and stewed shrimps with mussels, clams and curled octopus; and again, Ligurian style rabbit, tripe, cima (calf meat) in Toirano’s style with green sauce and many other specialties.
Music and games for adults and children are organized for tourists and locals in the splendid frame of Toirano’s old town.
